1. General provisions
1.1. This Cookie Policy (the "Policy") describes the cookies placed by the https://cookieyes.md website and by the panel of the CookieYes platform (the "website"), operated by S.R.L. "BUSINESS PROCESE" (the "Provider").
1.2. A cookie is a small file placed in the user's browser when a website is accessed, which allows the browser to be recognised on subsequent visits.
2. Cookies used by the website
2.1. The website uses strictly necessary cookies only. The website does not use analytics, marketing or third-party cookies.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
cookieyes-session |
Keeps the user's session and login to the panel | 120 minutes from the last activity |
XSRF-TOKEN |
Protects forms against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) | 120 minutes from the last activity |
remember_web_* |
Keeps the user logged in, if they chose to be remembered when logging in | 400 days or until logout |
2.2. Strictly necessary cookies are essential for providing a service expressly requested by the user and, under applicable law, placing them is not subject to the user's consent. For this reason, the website does not display a consent banner.
3. The cookie placed by the Script on Clients' websites
3.1. On the websites of Clients who have installed the Script of the CookieYes platform, the Script places the cookieyes cookie, which stores the Visitor's choice: the accepted categories, the consent identifier, the configuration version, the date of the choice and the language. This cookie is strictly necessary to respect the Visitor's choice on subsequent visits.
3.2. By default, the cookieyes cookie is kept for 182 days; the Client may change this period.
3.3. Other cookies used on the Client's website are governed by the cookie policy of the Client, which acts as controller.
4. Managing cookies
4.1. Users can view, block or delete cookies in their browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies makes it impossible to log in to the panel.
4.2. A Visitor to a Client's website can change or withdraw their choice at any time using the button the banner displays in the corner of the page. When consent is withdrawn, cookies in the rejected categories are deleted.
5. Changes to this Policy
5.1. The Provider may amend this Policy. The version in force is published on this page, together with the date of the last update.
6. Contact
6.1. For any question about this Policy, the Provider can be contacted at info@bpro.md.
